iSeek Solutions presents, "Blind spots" are everywhere. When we're driving, there are spots outside of your vision that you're not able to see. In a marriage, both spouses have weaknesses that they are unaware of, while those weaknesses are wreaking havoc on their long-term relationship. In an organization, blind spots are areas that the owner, staff, or organizational hierarchy are not aware of; these things can widdle down productivity and profits quickly because everyone is focused on the symptoms and not the root cause.

In this teaching, Chris Craft will provide principles and action steps to locate and eliminate the blind spots that are holding our organizations back from their ultimate success. Being "unconsciously incompetent" is dangerous, regardless of the situation. All leaders must learn to locate these areas - these blind spots - and make a choice to identify and to challenge these weaknesses. There are no "magic formulas" to immediately fix an organization's blind spots, but by intentionally implementing some principles, these identified weaknesses can be turned into organizational strengths.
