TechTuesday July 2019

Tuesday, July 16, 2019 (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) (CDT)

Description

Alabama Workforce of Tomorrow
How do Alabama companies recruit and attract talent, provide productive office environments, secure their corporate data, and compete for the workforce of tomorrow?  Companies face a huge challenge trying to manage flexibility and their customer (employee) experience if they work at a corporate office, Starbucks (remote), or from home.  IT and Security are trying to figure out how to utilize apps, clouds, SaaS, and vital internal applications while securing endpoints, BYOD, and corporate assets to provide the desired corporate experience.

Will Choat, a veteran sales director, and account manager brings the years of experience in different work environments to share his observations and best practices to help our audience understand how we should be preparing for the new workforce. He is currently a Commercial Account Manager for Aruba (a Hewlett Packard Enterprise, company) and holds a degree in finance from Auburn University.
