With a mission to help Alabama's best developers find their dream jobs without leaving the state, CodingSolutions launched a fund in 2018 to provide professional training to recent college graduates and a pipeline to career positions. Founders Rod Frazer and Taylor Peake share the vision that Alabama's future depends on technology, and we all lose out when our top talent moves out of state. CodingSolutions has already established strategic partnerships with UAB, Troy University, Alfa Insurance, Protective Life, StateServ Hospicelink, MotionMobs, and more.

TechTuesday is our highly-attended, monthly speaker series.
