Organizations are fully aware of Technical Debt – if they do not pay attention to technology changes in their environment and practices, they will end up paying a much higher price – sometimes even detrimental to their existence. Technical Debt is serious. But Digital Transformation Debt is even more important. Postponing DX best practices and solutions could be devastating to any organizations. This presentation will focus on all the salient element of DX Debt and propose best practices to alleviate them.
