Intellectual Property Rights for Programmers and Developer 

As an attorney, Eric is highly familiar with the physical, digital, and legal framework of computer/data technology challenging today’s businesses.
Eric is a Cum Laude graduate of the Southern University Law Center with a concentration in Public Law and has a Master’s in Management from the Harvard University Extension School. Eric is currently enrolled in UAB’s Master of Science in Computer Forensics and Security Management focusing on the intersection of law and computer science.

Eric will share his expertise and discuss the property rights of programmers and developers have in code/program/software and how to protect those rights once their code is put into commerce.  A timely topic to help navigate the ever changing world of developing new and exciting technology and products where stakes are high.
