Tech The Halls - Casino Night Fundraiser

Tech the Halls is a collaboration between various tech organizations in Birmingham to celebrate and spread good cheer in our city. In 2017, TechBirmingham, Women Who Code, BASE, and several other Tech Meetups got together for a memorable evening of food, fun, and festivities. This year, we decided that we wanted to continue the celebration, but give back to our community to invest in the next generation. We teamed up with Screens for Schools to raise money to purchase laptops for Martha Gaskins Elementary School. The organizer of Screens for Schools is a TechBirmingham/Alabama Volunteer, Amrita Lakhanpal, who is a senior in high school! Join us for a night of fun and excitement as we transform the Innovation Depot into a casino to raise money for this great cause. General admission tickets include $1000 in play money, food, and drinks. High Roller Tickets include $2000 in play money and a separate VIP section for serious high stakes playing. At the end of the night, trade in your chips for raffle tickets to win some awesome prizes. Entertainment will include a DJ and FlashBar photobooth.
