Watch Party THIS WEDNESDAY!!!

Birmingham Black Techies and TechBirmingham are partnering on a special event designed to foster discussions on the issues of race and technology.

We are so excited about this week's watch party of Ruha Benjamin's keynote talk from May's NCWIT virtual conference!

Once registered, you will receive the link to Benjamin's talk and a Zoom link. You can either watch the video on your own or join a Zoom Room to watch with others. After the talk, we will be sending out a list of local bookstores that can order the book for you!

Next month the organizations will read Benjamin's Race After Technology and bring everyone back together for a discussion on the presentation and the book. We will be partnering with local bookstores to carry Race After Technology.
