Building community with your staff and the member of your organization has been a challenge for all during this season of physical distancing, yet some have cracked the code and risen to the occasion to continue to foster it. Kim Lee will share what she has been doing with the members of Forge, Birmingham’s favorite co-working space in the heart of Birmingham. She and her team have worked hard to maintain the culture they have created all while building up her business. Please join us to hear what she has done to successfully continue to pour into her members and keep everyone connected.

Kim Lee is the Founder and CEO of Forge, a co-working space, in downtown Birmingham in The Pizitz Building where she is busy building a strong community for her members. Kim is a champion for small business owners, entrepreneurs serving on several Executive Boards in Birmingham. She earned her Bachelor of Arts at Samford University, in Business, and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary.
