We often find ourselves trying to influence and get things done when we do not have full authority 

This session will provide tips and guidance on how to lead and influence others in situations where you do not necessarily have the authority over the initiative or the people involved.  We will discuss methods to foster influence and leadership tactics that can be used to drive change and decisions.  Adaptive leadership techniques and actions will be provided to help you learn ways to assess and develop your skills, improving your ability to lead and influence others, in an effort to be a more effective leader and agent for change.
