POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The PMO Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and coordination support to the Project Management Office (PMO) at Diversified Energy. This entry-level role supports portfolio, program, and project management activities, administers PMO tools (specifically OnePlan), and contributes to consistent governance, reporting, and execution standards across the organization. The position is designed as a developmental role for progression into project, program, or portfolio management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

PMO Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support including scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes, and action tracking

• Maintain PMO standards, templates, documentation, and governance artifacts

• Support portfolio intake, reviews, and steering committee activities

• Assist with PMO communications and reporting cadence

PMO Tool Administration (OnePlan)

• Serve as PMO administrator for OnePlan

• Maintain accurate project, program, portfolio, and resource data

• Support user onboarding, access, and training

• Generate reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making

Program & Project Coordination

• Support project and program managers with planning and reporting

• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones

• Coordinate cross-project activities and resource needs

• Assist with demand management and portfolio visibility

Professional Development

• Participate in PMO training, mentorship, and Community of Practice activities

• Develop project management competencies across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods

• Support or manage low-risk initiatives under PMO supervision

POSIITON REQUIREMENTS:

 

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 0–3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or related roles

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools

Preferred

• Experience with OnePlan or similar PPM tools

• Exposure to portfolio or enterprise PMO environments

• Exposure to Power BI for reporting and analytics

• Project management certification or progress toward certification

 

Office Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: 

  • Prolonged periods working at a desk in front of a computer. 

 

Additional Requirements:  

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
