E. Josiah Kenty is the Founder and CEO of Flip the Culture, a platform helping student-athletes build identity, self-regulation, and life skills now, in order to leverage opportunities post sport.
A former Division I football player at Murray State University, Josiah is a two-time award-winning educator, TEDx speaker, and author of Overtime: How to Win a Championship in Life. He hosts the Flip the Culture Podcast and built his work around a simple framework: The Player. The Person. The Plan. In 2026, he received Murray State's Outstanding Young Alumni Award as part of its Top 22 Under 40 class. He lives in Birmingham, Alabama.
