Duncan Manley is a Professional EOS Implementer. As a teacher, facilitator and coach, he works with entrepreneurs and their leadership teams to help them get more of what they want from their businesses. He does this by helping them implement a proven set of simple, practical tools that help them get better at three things- Vision, Traction and Healthy.

Prior to becoming an EOS Implementer, Duncan was an Operations Executive at a large insurance company. There he managed several different areas of the company, operationally integrated 15 companies and worked his way onto the leadership team. Before that, he spent 7 years advising small and medium sized companies across the country.

At this Lunch & Learn, Duncan will talk about the Entrepreneurial Operating System. He'll focus on the six key components of your business. He'll also do a deep dive into the Vision Component so you can learn how to get everyone on your team 100% on the same page with where you're going and how you'll get there. You will leave with a tool you can use to immediately align your leadership team.
