09:30am - Who is PC Empowerment and How We Raise Digital Mental Health Awareness + Q&A
10:00am - Present Digital Mental Health Quiz + Your Relationship with Your Phone Presentation + Q&A
11:00am - Invitation to Become a PC Empowerment DMH Facilitator, Details on what to expect and Upcoming Opportunities
11:30am - Facilitator Sign-Up Opportunity / Close of DMH Community Day
12:00pm - Lunch for Facilitators Staying for Training / DMH Facilitator Training Begins
01:30pm - Digital Mental Health Facilitator Certificates and Welcome Packets given
Digital Mental Health Community Day Starts at 9 am on March 1st. DMH Community Day is FREE and open to all compassionate community members who RSVP from 9 am to 11 am. There is a fee for individuals who want to stay for the facilitator training from 12-1:30 to become a Certified PC Empowerment Digital Mental Health Facilitator
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, our non-profit sector, PC Empowerment 501c3 will host our first Digital Mental Health Community Day + Facilitator Training on the first day of the month, March 1st.
