We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative for Fraud Card Detection Group to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
 
Fraud Investigator I for Card Detection
 
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
• The candidate will handle both inbound and make outbound calls for ACH and Wire customers that have been flagged the Bank fraud mitigation AI.  
• The candidate will investigate the event and help determine if fraud was successful and or attempted. 
• Once a determination is made take the appropriate actions and next steps toward resolution for your customers.
• Be able to complete a detailed review by using the internal and external applications
• Will be required to complete fraud cases with detailed notes stating the facts and steps that were taken in the case
• May be required to prepare documentation for Law Enforcement Officials for a case
• Maintain organization of files, reports, case work, and other required record keeping per system/ departmental guidelines
• Assist team members and other areas as needed such as, during absences, holidays, and times of backlogged
• Be able and willing to take on additional responsibilities or challenges directed by Department Management
 
Ideal candidates will have but are NOT REQUIRED to have:
• 1 yr or more banking call center fraud experience.
• 1 yr or more call center experience.
• 1 yr or more telebanking experience.
• 1 yr fraud investigation experience with debit and /or credit card products.
• 3 yrs of more call center experience.
• 3 yrs or more of customer service experience.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Working knowledge of using a pc, email, and IM.
• Type more than 30 words per minute.
 
 
Additional Information on the role:
*** SHIFTS FOR Detection will vary with a heavy emphasis on Mid shift and PM shifts up to 9 pm and will work weekends.***
Sunday-Thursday 7-4 or Tuesday- Saturday 12-9. 
 
• All candidates must fully understand the role is a full-time call center position that requires adherence to call quality and metrics expectations. - 
• Must have access to broadband internet. (MOBILE HOTSPOTS DO NOT COUNT)
• Must have a suitable location that is conducent for the role free of distractions and background noises.
• Able to complete our (2) week training program which will be conducted M-F 8a-4p with no call outs or tardies.
• Must be 100% flexible in scheduling. 
• Must be able to work any combination of days which include weekends and holidays.
