Pay Range: $63,875 - $103,800/ annual

To conduct business requirements reviews, technical systems specifications and systems process analysis. To develop detailed selection evaluation criteria. To analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry standard tools and methods with understanding of the technical and business environments. To partner with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software. To develop innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1.     Maintain integrity of the operation system environment.

2.     Perform system software upgrades including planning and scheduling, test, and coordination.

3.     Perform workstation and server administration setup.

4.     Remediate security vulnerabilities.

5.     Coordinate disk space planning and management.

6.     Maintain growth statistics, space forecasts, tape libraries, and software and hardware inventories.

7.     Perform data backups and recoveries.

8.     Monitor and maintain continuity with system software licensing and maintenance agreements.

9.     Add and maintain users on the systems.

10.  Monitor and tune node performance, CPU, and disk.

11.  Establish, maintain, and test disaster recover servers.

12.  Provide recommendations regarding hardware and system software planning.

13.  Maintain production change control schedule and participate in change control.

14.  Working knowledge of RHEL-Linux and Ubuntu.

15.  Working knowledge of Windows Server.

16.  Must be a team player and willing to accept instruction from Lead Analyst.


Associate's degree in information systems or a related field and four (4) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
