Salary Range

$94,375 – $153,355


Job Description

To independently employ a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in a particular field of specialization to plan, design, develop and support systems and projects. To conduct research and analysis and present findings for review. To carry out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures or facilitate establishment of standards that guide technology design to include integration across multiple platforms, operating systems and applications within the enterprise. To develop and document the framework for integration and implementation of technical standards. To review, advise and design software and hardware build, options, risks, costs, benefits and impact on the enterprise processes and goals. To provide senior expertise on decisions and prioritization regarding the enterprise s system architecture.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance in the design of long-term strategies for Identity and Access management
  • Align identity and access management solutions with industry security standards, frameworks, and cloud security best practices
  • Work with internal and external system administrators to integrate independent identity provider solutions
  • Collaborate directly with the Information Security and Privacy teams on topics related to user access
  • Mentor and lead Identity and Access Management team including mentoring and training other team members
  • Ensures requests and projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Monitor and manage certificate requests
  • Keeps leadership informed on systems performance and problems


Job Requirements

Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and ten (10) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.


Preferred

5 years’ experience with identity and access management.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, and identity federations
  • Have a solid understanding of Role-Based Access control and products, OAuth, Single Sign On, and related access and identity management
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS solutions such as MS SQL
  • Understanding and demonstrated experience with certificate management
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
