At WineView, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy great wine. We do this by elevating every meal with wine and food pairings. We provide users and restaurants with ways to pair wine like never before. We are seeking an individual that enjoys wine, has a passion for the restaurant industry, and who has a vision for how technology can move the wine and restaurant industry forward.


This role is specifically built around our WineView for Restaurants product and is a sales role. Sales will be in Birmingham and surrounding areas. The first 3 months will be commission only, with residuals from accounts. Afterward, this position will transition into a base + commission role. Commissions are $500 per account. Our target for this position is to close 10-20 accounts per month. Residuals are 10% of the monthly gross revenue from accounts closed. Salary depends, but will be negotiated on the front-end, with the plan to commence once the 3 month onboarding period is complete. We will provide earning potentials for years 1-3 later in the interview process.

Responsibilities

-Call on, follow up with, and close leads

-Go out to prospective accounts and speak to decision-makers (and drink wine of course!)

-Capture feedback and communicate with other sales members

-Input feedback on sales and product into CRM


Qualifications

-Prior sales experience

-A passion for wine

-Prior restaurant experience (not required but this will help tremendously)

-Experience with CRM tools
