BWIT Sit With Me Event

Join our Birmingham Women in Technology for a special event sponsored by NCWIT. Sit with Me is an initiative that joins individuals together to Sit and share stories and support for women in technology. 

We have invited three Women to Sit and take a stand for women in computing. We will be joined by Elizabeth Anderson, CEO and Co-founder of LunarLab, a UX design and product strategy firm; Maleah Brady, senior at Vestavia High School, and Aspire in Computing Award Winner; Robin Hunt, Co-founder of ThinkData Solutions, Inc., a woman- and minority-owned business specializing in all data services, as they share their stories as women in technology. There will also be opportunity for attendees to engage and reflect on what supporting women in technology and computing means to them.
