Join us for a discussion on leadership during this pandemic. We will be welcoming Dave Gray, founder of Biso Collective.

Dave Gray has lived and worked through the last two major downturns. He was a middle manager of a Silicon Valley-based software company during the Dot-Com Crash with a front row seat to see how his CEO navigated the crisis. Then a few years later, he was CEO of Daxko during The Great Recession. As a result, he's gained lots of lessons (and scar tissue). Plus, he's currently the chairman of the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham and founder of Biso Collective, so he's been in lots of discussions with business, nonprofit, and government leaders throughout our current pandemic. Dave will share his perspectives on leading through crisis.
